Overview

If you’re not happy with something you purchase from us, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. 

Please Note: Due to the nature of this product, we’re unable to offer refunds once the box has been opened. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another box within the same range.

We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: THE BEDROOM BOX, 42 Bourton Road, Tuffley, Gloucester, GL40LE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
